• Our rider may ask for photo ID at handover; orders without valid ID are cancelled.

Ordering

• Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp at +91 96710 58679.
• An order is only confirmed once we reply with stock availability and a delivery slot.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change with stock and taxes.

Delivery

• Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar: usually 45–90 minutes.
• Punjab cities: 1–2 days by courier.
• Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and stock.

Payment

Cash on delivery and UPI are accepted. We never ask for card or OTP details.

Authenticity

We supply sealed, authenticity-verified stock. Report any sealing or batch-code concern within 24 hours of delivery and we will inspect and replace it.

Liability

Use products as directed by the manufacturer. We are not liable for misuse, resale, or use by anyone under 21.
